By using JODLA, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

JODLA is a personal planning application that allows you to manage your daily tasks, habits and goals. The application is available on iOS, Android and web.

3. User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JODLA in a legal and respectful manner. Any abusive or fraudulent use is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

JODLA and its content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute the application without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

JODLA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

8. Subscriptions and Pricing

JODLA offers a Premium subscription with two plans: monthly (€4.99/month) and annual (€29.99/year). Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency before any purchase. Prices include applicable taxes.

9. Free Trial and Automatic Renewal

A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and the corresponding amount will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is given. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be published on this page.
